Coaches Warm up
Set 1 – 5reps
Set 2 – 3reps
Set 3 – 2reps
Set 4 – 1rep
Set 5 – 1rep
Set 6 – Max reps @ 85% of todays Single
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
For your first 5 sets you will try to establish a 1rm of the day then take 85% of that and perform 1 max set of Strict press.
